Our Yirgacheffe is a quite mild, tea-like cup. The grounds, especially once wet, have a sweet floral aroma. Aromatically, the cup has a floral and slightly minty tone. Lemon, floral, and berry tones abound in the flavor, especially as it cools. A long tea-like aftertaste is also present
