Start assessing the client’s needs from the very first phone call.  A strong intake process allows the organizing consultant to begin to develop a service strategy prior to the first client meeting. Our client intake form is designed to assist the interviewer in capturing all necessary information about the client and his/her space.  Form can be used as a training tool for interviewers new to the organizing client intake process.
