After years of looking for the most perfect eye pencil, I finally found it and my search is over. TO USE: Can be used on the upper or lower lashes... use the liner to fill in the spaces between the lashes, wiggling the liner into the lashes. The goal is for the lashes themselves to look super thick at the root.
