What is Goodsie?

Goodsie provides modern e-commerce software for small and medium size retailers. Our unique design system gives sellers a completely new way to create a custom e-commerce presence (Desktop, Mobile and Facebook) down to the pixel without requiring any coding knowledge. Goodsie’s complete e-commerce solution enables merchants to offer an Internet Retailer 500 quality e-commerce experience that would normally cost tens of thousands of dollars to develop.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! You can use a custom domain name such as www.myshop.com at every account level on Goodsie. Are there any limits on the number of products I can add? How about bandwidth? The sky's the limit at Goodsie. There are no restrictions on the number of products you can upload or sell, and no limits on bandwidth or storage.

Does Goodsie charge transaction fees?

No, Goodsie does not charge transaction fees. Our Standard and Premium plans are both priced at a flat rate per month. Visit our Pricing page to learn more!

What payment methods does Goodsie support?

Goodsie supports integration with the leading payment gateway PayPal, as well as direct credit card payments via Stripe, Braintree and Authorize.net accounts.

What if my business is based outside of the U.S.?

Absolutely! We welcome store owners from around the world. Note that your currency may not be supported by all payment gateways, however. A list of supported currencies can be found here. Also note that the Braintree and Authorize.net payment gateways require applying merchants to be US-based.
